Deposit Required

Gate Tag: $20 CASH Deposit; refunded when tag is returned to office
If planning to leave premises anytime during your stay, A gate tag is required to reenter the park
A deposit to hold a site must be received within 5 days from the day reservation was made
Reservations will only be held for 5 days with no deposit
If deposit is not received within that 5 days, reservation will automatically be cancelled
* Holiday weekends must be paid in full
* All other weekends require a 1 (one) night deposit
* Weekly stays require a deposit of $200 per week reserved
* Monthly stays require a deposit of $300 per 28 nights/month reserved
IN ADDITION to the SITE FEE/SITE DEPOSIT
* Monthly stays also require an electric security deposit
due upon arrival of $100 to be paid in CASH only
Electric deposits are refundable
* Cabin/Cottage require a cleaning security deposit due upon arrival of $200 to be paid in CASH only
Deposit will be returned to you at check-out, less any cleaning costs or costs to repair damage.
If animals are caught in the cabin/cottage or on even outside on the site,
you forfeit the entire $200 security deposit and no monies will be refunded

Retirees with a residence outside of NJ may be eligible for an extended stay.
Out of State Contract and Union Workers, extended jobs, etc. are welcome.
Extended visits to the area for specific reasons are within the parameters.
*As Butterfly Camping Resort is NOT a residential property and is solely a vacation property,
school age children are welcome only during summer vacation months.
