Rate include: 1 Family - 2 Adults & 2 Children & 1 Vehicle
A deposit of 1 nights fee is required to hold a site & must be received within 5 days from the day reservation was made
Reservations will only be held for 5 days with no deposit
If deposit is not received within that 5 days, reservation will automatically be cancelled
Holiday Weekends must be paid in full
IN ADDITION to the SITE FEE/SITE DEPOSIT
Cabin/Cottage require a cleaning security deposit due upon arrival of $200 to be paid in CASH only
Deposit will be returned to you at check-out, less any cleaning costs or costs to repair damage.
If animals are caught in the cabin/cottage or on even outside on the site,
you forfeit the entire $200 security deposit and no monies will be refunded

Policies
- Each Cabin requires a $200 Cleaning Security Deposit to be paid in CASH at time of Check-In
- NO PETS of any kind are allowed in any cabin or on the cabin sites
- NO SMOKING or Cooking inside the cabins
- Cabins are to be left in the same condition as when you arrived, cleaned, nothing broken or missing.
- Cleaning supplies are kept in the cabins for your convenience.
- All trash must be taken down to dumpster.
- Key, remote, and gate tag need to be returned to office upon check-out.
- You are responsible for any damage items during your stay.
Disregarding These Rules Will Forfeit ENTIRE $200 Security Deposit
Prior to departure, all cabins/cottages must be inspected by Manager before Security Deposit is refunded

* Shower Supplies: Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap/Towels etc...
* $200 CASH Cleaning Security Deposit
